Decked Out Construction takes pride in every Northern Virginia deck we build. All decking, steps & railings are screwed down and never nailed to prevent squeaky,
warped boards and potential safety hazards. This also saves you time and money maintaining your deck. We use premium pressure treated lumber
and the best composites available. All fasteners and bolts are specifically designed for decking and we build our decks to exceed county standards.
Our decks may be built using a range of premium decking and railing materials including TimberTech, Evergrain, ProCell, Trex, CorrectDeck, Deckorator as well as a number of different grades of Pressure treated lumber, cedar & exotic ironwood (IPE). This allows us to design and build a deck for you no matter what your budget may be, and we will work with you to obtain the look you desire.
We also offer Dryspace and Underdeck which will turn the area under your deck into usable space. You can enclose the area for secure dry storage, or have a weather proof patio.
For older decks, that just need a make-over, we offer Deck Re-Facing as well.

An experienced designer will listen to your requirements and ideas and then bring them to life through a 3-D CAD program. You will be able to see what your deck will look like before it is built!
Home Owners Association Packet
Decked Out Construction helps you during the entire process. We work with you and your home owners association to make sure your new custom deck is in compliance with all architectural guidelines. We provide you with a complete Home Owners Association Packet that includes 3-D pictures, dimensions, materials list and construction specifications. All of this can be printed for you during your FREE deck consultation.
